Stops scale before the crystal forms
Hard water wants to build calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate on every hot surface it touches — heat exchangers, boiler tubes, cooling fill, downhole tubing. Deposits insulate, restrict flow, and eventually force a shutdown.
J-POLY polymers work at threshold doses. The polymer adsorbs onto crystal nuclei as they form and distorts them so they cannot grow into hard deposit. The same anionic charge disperses silt, clay and iron oxide, keeping suspended solids moving toward blowdown instead of settling on metal.

Small orders, short freight, no hazmat paperwork
No minimum and no ceiling
There is no minimum order — we will ship a single drum. There is no maximum either. Most customers land between four and twenty drums, but nothing about the order size is fixed.
Not regulated for transport
J-POLY 101A is non-hazardous under OSHA and unregulated by DOT, IMDG and IATA. No placards, no hazmat surcharge, no special handling.
Stock ships same or next day
The four homopolymers are stock items on a five-day standard lead time, usually moving the same or next day. The two specialty polymers are made to order in two weeks.

The J-POLY name is older than most of the plants it protects
Johnston Polymer Company began making acrylic polymers in 1977. Polymer Solutions of Texas carries that line forward — same J-POLY designations, same chemistry, still a family-owned shop rather than a division of somebody else.
Nearly fifty years of the same product names means the crossover data exists, the formulations are proven in the field, and the specifications have not quietly drifted between reorganizations.
